Hi. There are a couple of possibilities. Either a failed air compressor, failed air shocker or an air pipe somewhere.
Have you tried to raise the ride height to see if it works. Just in case you don't know how, this is how you do it.
With the engine running, press the button with the car logo next to the aerofoil button. Here's a picture;
After pressing this button you will get an indication on the infotainment screen showing the two settings, low or high. Turn the big infotainment knob clockwise and it should go to high.
It should raise the car by about an inch or so.
You could measure the tyre to arch gap just to make sure but it should be quite apparent.
