Any Flying Spur owners about ?

Maybe a strange one but can any owners confirm if they have a LED hi level brake light in the rear window ?. I have what I think is one, part number starts with 3W5 but google / Ebay searches for pictures of the rear are not helping at all. I think it goes across the bottom of the rear screen but cant confirm it 100%.
