Bentley Turbo R window upgrade

The window lifts on my Turbo R are pants so I decided to upgrade as best I could:

New chains, nylon drive link and a general clean up followed





This improved but did not solve the slowness so used these (http://rrtechnical.info/windowlifts/windowlifts.html) instructions and now they are 100% better:
