Cooling System problems

Following the illumination of the Engine Management light, the dealer advised that the thermostat and two sensors needed replacing. Quoted £400 + Vat Plus + fitting. Apparently a well known fault on an Arnage. My local techie did the job for £240 so always shop around!! It did however cost £60 for 10 litres of appropriate antifreeze. I nearly topped it up with German Wine which I think is the same stuff.
