Bentley drivers club
Discussion
Im a member of both the RREC and BDC The MKVI is acceptable in both clubs. From my personal point of view with 20+ years on both clubs I find the BDC a really fun and enjoyable group of people who drive and enjoy there cars and you are welcome if you arrive in a WO car as much as if you arrive in a Modern GT.
As with any club it is as much about what you put in to the club as to what you get out of it and we all have differing areas of interest too. But my very strong advice is anyone who has an interest in motorcars should be a member of the owners club related to there car and especially if it is a historic car like your MkVI. There is also a great wealth of knowledge and advice from owners for servicing parts etc. too.
The South East Region has a month meeting on the first Wednesday of each month at the Grasshopper Inn TN16 2EU

I heartily recommend that you join the BDC. Not only will it improve your social life, it will get you access to a vast amount of knowledge about your Mk VI, which you will almost certainly need at some point especially if you are going down the DIY maintenance route. Go to the BDC web site and have a poke about, see what's on in their South East region, and go to some of their events as a potential member. You'd be made most welcome, as would your car.
