The seatbelt light does not come on whether solo or with a passenger....Not the biggest problem in the Bentley world, but would be grateful for reasons.
If it is anything like the Arnage (and I don't see any reason why it should be different), then you probably have to access DIP (Driver Information Panel) options. You can turn it on or off there.
