I have been offered an apparently mint very low mileage 1993 Bentley Brooklands. Blue with magnolia. Although I am reasonably familiar with the Turbo R. What are the main differences between the two vehicles.
Do they run a low pressure turbo that can be tweaked to offer Turbo R performance. Do they share the same suspension upgrades and braking system or or is it basically a Turbo R without the Turbo frown

There were Brooklands both with and without turbo.

But yes, its a lower-performance Turbo R. Same dash, same suspension, etc.

A 1993 example would be a non-turbo car.

I believe the LPT cars were from late 1996 to mid-1997 (VCH chassis cars for UK market), lasting only one model year before being superseded by the sportier Brooklands R (WCH chassis cars).
