Arnage alarm

Hi guys

A friend of mine has an year 2000 Arnage it has been stood over the winter and now the alarm fobs don't unlock the car the batteries have been changed in both fobs and they light up when the buttons pressed but the car does nothing

You have to manually unlock the car then the alarm sounds a few seconds till it is started

One of the fobs has Clifford on them so I'm not sure if it is the factory alarm or aftermarket?

If its factory could they just need re coding?

Hi

Cant really help, but my dads Arnage is doing the same thing, the alarm doesnt respond to either of the fobs and sounds the alarm too until started.

Would really like a solutions to this too.

Aparently they can be coded back in with a sequence but I'm yet to find it lol

I've just had an alarm fob coded to a 2001 Red Label, I think you'll need to get someone with a Bentley box of tricks to do it, a main agent or specialist.

have you checked the main car battery,it sounds like to me that the battery is dead and thats why door locks are not responding.
