S2 running costs

Is there anyone that could please give me an idea as to the running costs of a Bentley S2. I have always liked the idea of owning one of these for nostalgic reasons and know nothing of the model or what to look out for when making a purchase.
Would you recommend buying one on the cheap and re-furbing or getting a good one from the outset, I realy have no idea what is available in the way of spare parts.Should I take the plunge or steer clear?

I picked up the pictured car above in Italy, it's one of the better S2's I've driven, the price point somewhat reflects that.

These people http://www.brooklandsmotorworks.co.uk/ have excellent knowledge of these particular cars, I'm not really a mechanic myself but I have driven a fair few Bentleys and Rolls Royces of this era extended distances and this was definitely high up on the scale.
