If Ghost, why not "Shadow" based on 5 series?

Downsizing and "leveraging the brand name" is en vogue, see Jaguar etc. Why not a Shadow based on a 5 series, and maybe a 20/25 based on a 3 series? The latter could be made even more sporty, to compete with the M3 and Evo.
