Been after this car for a few years now. Stars finally aligned and it's mine! 1990 model with 104K on the ticker with service history from day one. Sold off my '60 Cloud II and my '96 Turbo R and replaced those with this and a '77 Shadow II (never owned a Shad and always wanted one). All in all, although the cars I sold off had much greater monetary value than what I have now, I was able to sock a bunch of cash in the bank and still have a Bentley and a Roller in the garage

Balmoral,
Indeed no rot whatsoever. It was sold new in California and has been there ever since. It only arrived here in Ohio two days ago and of course won't be driven in winter here, so I presume she will remain choice for a good while yet.
Guess I'd better get on to the DMV for my license plates! Mighty nice of the chap in CA to leave his old ones on for me till then!

Most rotten car I've owned was a Beetle I ran through 2 Cleveland OH winters back in the late 80's.....you could hear it rusting!Indeed no rot whatsoever. LOL, yes roygarth, Cleveland (my hometown) is nasty on cars! I'm in Cincinnati, so at least far enough south where our winters aren't half as bad. Are you in the US still or in the UK?
Back in UK now, was in Cleveland (Rocky River) in '88/9 - I think! Good times...I think!! Was running a 356B Super 90 as well - NOT THROUGH THE WINTER!Gassing Station | Bentley & Rolls Royce | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
