wonky wing mirror and phone issue on Bentley GT

Has anyone came across a wing mirror with a mind of its own? Sometimes it just moves all by its self. It now never folds in.

Also the built in phone keeps cutting audio every 3 seconds. Its like a clipping sound when it does it.

Strange! If anyone has had these please could you let me know what it was.
