i have a few cars that do different things for me and looking to sell them and combine into one. need a four seater, quickish, presence, convertible, nice but not too jazzy. want to spend 50-70k.
any advice on a GTC ?
is there any significant model change/year ?
anything to have as number one/two/three on the list ?
any big issues with them that i need to look for or ensure have been addressed

I'm in the same boat so will look forward to reading any replies. I would be especially grateful to know what wheel/tyre combo gives the softest/smoothest/quietest ride as I'm an escapee from a sports tourer which was too jiggly for me.

Also keen to know how long these can be parked up in the garage before I would need to worry about the battery draining. I would be driving only once or twice a week and occasionally not for two weeks. Do all the gizmos shut down completely? My garage is secure so I can leave the car unlocked if that would reduce battery drain.

i am on my second GTC.absolutely fabulous to live with.hood really good,no wind noise, very fast and has adjustable suspension.mid setting seems to suite everything.four wheel drive makes it very sure footed.make sure you have Pirelli P_Zero Rosso tyres.25000 miles per set is attainable with spirited but not luny driving.even wear as 4-wheel drive.running costs normal-pretty reliable.only buy with proper service history,if you don't you will regret it,and classic colours are best. Any other questions?

also no major model change until 09 then some subtle changes but 06/7/8.all the same. Power boot is nice and darker wood looks better.Mulliner spec is also desireable.

I leave a SS with the battery on the trickle charger i got with the car.

Just go for it, my partner has a GTC just a great car in every way.

As said the medium setting is good for all and try to get a Mulliner spec car for the better looking seats/pedals/gearnob.
