Battery issues - 2000 Silver Seraph
Discussion
I've never been impressed with Rolls Royce Houston as each time I get my car back I find something new wrong with it. This time I spent $1500 on a service and I find that they've discharged one of the batteries and 4 of the bolts that hold my trim over the engine have gone.
Anyway, bolts can be replaced (I've given up complaining to them as each time they say 'it came in like that' which is hillarious when one time they returned the car to me with the indicator stalk broken off - didn't they think I'd spot that on the way in?!), but the battery is causing me a headache. I had to limp home with my boot duct taped down as the lock wouldn't lock due to insufficient charge. I charged the battery as best I could last night but its indicating that there's still a problem.
So, my question is this: if I swap the battery is it a straight swap? I heard that you have to go through a start-up routine if you disconnect the battery.

Whenever my 'accessory' or 2nd battery had totally discharged in my Arnage then I could still use all the things it powered once the engine had started(using the starter battery).I assume the Seraph has twin batteries in the boot and has an identical electrical system to the Arnage??
If so it sounds like theres something other than the battery wrong with your car.
