Easiest way is to take the car to an independent RR/B specialist and get them to remove the callipers, paint / powder coat them, then stick them back on (it's also a good time, to have the seals replaced, whilst they are off the car and in bits)
It’s not a hard job to complete and whilst not something traditionally done on a Bentley, is something often done on various Ferraris, Porsches, Lamborghinis etc., all equipped with the same sort of brakes, so plenty of people capable of doing a good job
