Bentleys in Donegal - Ireland
Discussion
Spied this line up of beautiful Bentley's in Donegal this weekend when I was down for a break, they appeared to stay from Friday until today at this particular hotel. They were all GB reg's except the Continental GTC which was on a Monaco reg. Being a youngun' I don't really know any of the older models so does anyone recognise any? Or know if any of the ones are particularly special?
Pic 1: Continental - really just a facelifted Corniche
Pic 2: 3-litre and Turbo R
Pics 3 - 7: Turbo R, 4½ litre, what looks like a 'Special' based on a Mk VI, pretending to be a 1930s Derby 3½ or 4¼ and finally the GTC.
Pic 8: Mk VI with a stylish coachbuilt body
Pic 9: Turbo Rs
Pic 10: GTC
Pic 11: 3-litre in the middle, with a 4½-litre on either side, although the far one might be a 6½ litre?
A fine collection of cars. If anyone with superior knowledge to me wishes to correct any of the above, then feel free to do so...
