Megane 1.5 DCi 86 bhp - twoing

Hi - I have an '06 Megane DCi 86 bhp, and am looking at the possibility of buying a 20 foot long boat, which I would like to tow short distances (around 10-15 miles) and wanted opinions.

The boat have a gross weight of approximately 850kgs, with a braked trailer weighing in at around 250kgs. I'm well within the limits specified by the manufacturer of what I can tow with a braked trailer, but was wondering about the actual ability of the car to cope!

Shoudl I be okay to run this for short distances? What weights do other people tow with this engine?

I have the correct license to be able to tow, btw, having passed my test way back in '89...
