306 hdi d turbo engine managment light

i have a 2000 model 306 2 litre hdi d turbo i had a problem with the engine managment light coming on recently the codes where the clutch sensor and throttle position sensor so i changed both and for about 2 months it was ok now the light has come back on with the same codes does anyone no of this fault and what could be causing it to keep coming on. i have also checked all the wiring from both parts all looks ok.
