Peugeot 205 cti - panel behind headlight.

Hi,

After 8 years away from owning a 205 I've recently looked at a 1987 cti. As you'd expect it's tatty here and there but the most concerning thing is the (or lack of!) panel behind the headlamps is rotting away. It looks like a plate that could probably be welded into place but how costly is the job (I'm not a welder) and where, if anywhere, can you buy the part?
