Clio 200 Cup Trackday'ers
Discussion
I bought a new Clio rs200 for exactly this reason. There's two schools of thought and no right or wrong answer.
I had a Clio trophy which I used for track days and found that being an older car it took too much punishment and was worse for wear after a while. Being older meant that everything was less sharper.
Now I am in a newer car everything is stronger and more efficient, the brakes are better and I have the back up of
A warranty.
Sure there's more money at risk but are you going to bend your car really?
And if you buy the car on a pcp over two years you will probably be handing it back and dare I say that then it will
Become someone elses potential problem...
