hi just bought a y reg vts with the following mods

full milltek exhaust with 4 branch manifold also has bmc air filter piper cams and lightened and balanced flywheel also the previos owner said it was chipped but not to sure about that no receipt to prove but have receipts for all the other mods also it revs more or less right off the clock just wondering what the bhp wold be with these mods the engines only done 81k runs sweet as a nut

At least 600+ bhp! Get it on a rolling road fella.

I'd say danny's about right. I think they're 130 stock but remember it's 10 years old and probably had a hard life so it might have lost a few! A quick bash on a dynometer isn't expensive, get on the interweb and find your nearest one! Oh, be warned they will thrash the bks off it, it's like watching your missus get shagged by another bloke. Grrrrr

will do the engines sweet as a nut tho so should survive a rolling road test cheers guys

I run a gti (same engine) its done 126k and with a cat back exhaust and a cotton green filter it was running 142.3bhp at powerstation ....
So expect a bit more with your mods , thats if the engine has been looked after .....
