Renault Clio LHD Steering Rack

Trying to obtain a Clio LHD steering rack for a 1992 model MK1 race car - which has been not without problems!! Have tracked down one on a French Parts site called Vakarouler.com - anyone any experience of this site / got a better idea?

Contacting Renault UK and sourcing via a French dealer, we have been quoted £474 + VAT - whereas they appear to be €150 inc VAT on this site.

Any views / help?

I know someone who had a lhd valver being broken for parts, I asked but the rack has gone I'm afraid, sorry I couldn't help
