307 hdi problem

hi was driving down the road on sunday night and all the lights on the dash lit up i.e handbrake light engine management etc pulled over switched engine off and restarted the car but all the lights except the abs and airbag lights went off. and ideas as to what this could be?? since this ive had abs and airbag faults coming up on the dash board.
