Clio 172 Tyre pressures, Road and track.

Can anyone suggest the Renault recommended tyre pressures for a 16" tyre Clio 172 Phase 2 for the road and also a tried and tested pressures for the track?

My car had books but went missing as I collected the car.

33F 30R from memory is the recommended pressures for 172 Cup (same size tyres).

On track I used to just go out for a short session initially to warm them up. Then release air to drop them back to near 33/30 hot. Do a full session and repeat until they stablised. I'm no track God but seemed to work OK and I never destroyed my tyres. Depending how hard you drive you will feel the grip drop off as they start to over heat.

On 15" PE2's i use 32 all round on the road, then drop to 26 on track.
