106 fog lamps

Hi just wondering if anyone knows of an aftermarket kit/simple way of fitting front fogs to a ph.1 106 that doesn't have any blanks? Thinking something like the old rally style ones that 'hang' off the front bumper. Anything that avoids cutting would be best, preferrably some sort of bracket to get them hanging off the front. Any help would be appreciated.
