Twingo GT Climate Control problem

My GF has recently brought a Twingo GT and it seems that the aircon waste pipe is blocked as it seems to be emptying into the pax footwell and flooding it.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue or does anyone know of a good indy dealer in the surry/sussex area thats not going to charge an arm and a leg to solve it??

Surely it's still under warranty, if it not worth taking it to the supplying dealer?
