Oil for my vts

Whats a good oil for my saxo vts. I have got 5w 40 fully synth in now but i dont thinks its doing it all that good.

I was told it was to thin, for my engine an it does sound a tiny bit tappety

Surely it shouldnt have a xW-50? What does the manual say?

my manual is at home just thort it was worth asking on here before i get home to check. I will look tonite and see wat it says

Iv had a look online and it seems standard fit is 10w-40 semi, so your current oil should be fine.

Supposed to run 10w40, so 5w40 is fine.

Total 5w40 is very good.

I would guess a 5w-40 would be fully synth
