Help! 307 Wont Start!

Any 307 experts on here?
I left the lights on all day on my wife's 307.
Came to start it this afternoon and the battery was dead.
I tried push starting it, but it wouldn't have any of that.
I then tried jump leads to no avail.
Currently the dash lights are on, but the fuel level light is flashing along with the stop light.
Anyone any ideas???????
