306 d turbo side and tail lights

hi guys i kno this is only me second thread but id like abit of help if you can. ive just purchased a 306 d turbo 98 plate and i can get headlights and front and rear fogs aswell as indicators but the side lights and tail lights wont work, aswell as the number plate light, ive tried changing the fuses but to no avail. ne ideas on what it could be.
