Peugeot 106 Screen washer

M-I-Ls 106 washers have stopped, tried to reach the bottle to test the wires but cannot get to it!! But then thought about fuses and the handbook doesn't list the screen washer on the fuse list as far as I remember.
Is there a "secret" fuse somewhere?
Failing that, how the hell do I get to the screen washer bottle......

Take the drivers side wheel off, remove the inner arch lining and hey presto!

Sort of tried that... one clip removed but one black fastener goes through the plastic bumper and is VERY tight. I didn't want to break the lug off the bumper asit isn't my car. Could cut through the plug and replace it. Didn't think that was going to give me access, although I know it does on the wifes 306. Guess its a hacksaw job with a spare clip then.
Just wondered if there was a hidden fuse before getting more brutal. Probably the pump I guess, does that mean a complete bottle unit anyone?

The pump can be replaced on it's own. As I remember it's just a matter of popping out the studs on the arch liner, I managed not to break anything so it can't be that hard.
