Hi,

With all this rain, my 205 has sprung a number of leaks.

I have had a welder sort the ones coming from the floor, and have identified the ones coming from bad seals in the rear window.

I have completly stripped the carpets and seats out and can see all the little streams!! However, a small puddle keeps forming in the drivers foot well, I can't see where this comes from.

I have cleared the drains in the door. I have also cleared the drains under the bonnet, on the Left Hand Side. The windscreen rubbers look OK!!!

HELP!!!! the water seems to be comeing from the panel on the right of my legs in the front footwell???

Any advice would be appreciated.

inside the front and rear wheel arches are some rubber 'grommets'. Push these in and watch the water drain out.
I noticed you've joined 205gtidrivers now, once they validate you you'll be able to find all these answers to common questions.

If the sills are full of water, you'll hear it all sloshing about under braking and acceleration.

Thanks all, Sills were dry. See other post, getting there slowly.

New Window seals coming and a bloody big can of Silicone seal.
