Squeaky clutch

Hey guys,

Got a 2009 clio GT, and the other day the clutch pedal started squeaking - is only when I release the pedal towards the top of the travel. Pedal feels very smooth so I'm guessing it's just a squeaky spring. Is this an easy fix to do myself, or will I have to take it the garage and get them to replace the spring?

Wd-40 does wonders lol, but as the car has warranty use it :-)

Some Clio 172/182 develop a creaky clutch when hot. Think it is the cable making the noise because it needs lubrication. Unfortunately it can keep coming back as the lube once applied just burns off again.

As far as I remember the new Clio mk3 ph1 & 2 are both hydralic saying that though I haven't looked under the dash of my 200
