Citroen ZX Diesel Idle Problem

[Negative Creep]

I've got a Citroen ZX diesel to bide me until I leave the country next month (non turbo XUD, Lucas pump). It was running fine at first, then began to get a bit juddery on liftoff. So I changed the oil, air and fuel filters then bled the fuel filter housing. However now not only is it still juddering, but it now stalls as well. The revs drop off to about 400 before returning to the normal 8-900, which is sometimes enough to stall it. Any ideas at all? Need the car sorted asap as all the time it's not working, I'm not working!

I have a video if that helps (taken by a passenger on private land), doesn't stall on this occasion but you can hear the engine struggling

Which pump has it got? Bosch or Lucas?
