We had a car come in the other day a saxo vtr, the guy wanted a piper cam fitted.
No problem i said got the part in fitted it (now at this pint i didn't think a small engine was going to seem that much faster) and bugger me the thing go's like s**t of a shovelful. well worth 350 quid thats with my fitting so boys and girls after all my years in engine tuning i was wrong.

Sounds worthwhile. Did you remap the standard ECU or did he have an aftermarket one already fitted?

no remap as he wants more work dun 1st and they don't make that much of a difference the cost is 2 high for the power maybe 1-2 bhp more.

Probably unlock a bit more power than that, plus it'll shift the rev limiter up from 6250rpm to near 7000rpm, which it'll now be able to do with the cam. It won't do much more, not without the valves trying to dance all over the bonnet!
