Clio 172 starting problems?

Apologies if this is not the correct place for this question: I’m new.
I have a clio 172 02 plate which I love (normally).
This is the trouble I have….I had a bloke come round to change my windscreen (it has the rain sensor and light sensor unit), he had the car running to use the heater. I was in the house, and he came in and told me my car had stopped working.
I went out, and sure enough, the car wouldn’t start. The doors lock and unlock, but it wouldn’t turn over. The car push starts, the SERV light is now on, also the heater has stopped working (i.e. no power to it at all), the auto headlights aren’t working either. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it may be? I have seen threads talking about key fobs and the immobilisers, and I find it difficult to believe that changing the windscreen would have this bad effect. Can anyone help at all? There’s a pint or two to anyone that can!
