new front dampers on a 206 - cost?

Any ideas for the price of this including fitting? I've never paid for dampers before, and don't know if it's a big job to change them.

It's bouncy-tastic and has over 90k so I assume it needs them (see http://pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f... handle better than 206?)
