308cc leaking roof

Has anyone heard of a potential issue with the 308cc and roof leaks?

The reason i ask is my parents just got a 308cc GT 8 weeks ago due to the scrappage scheme and now with just over 1000 miles under its belt its been in the garage a fortnight due to a leaking roof

The culprit has been found as a seal that was faulty but even with a new one and the roof re-aligned it still leaks so they are in a diesel 308cc loaner and want their own car with its propper engine back

Our 206cc did that from new for a while - quite common. It went back several times to be sorted. A seal here and there and realigning of the door.....
Hasn't done it for a while - we've had it 7 years it's done 22,000 miles.
