Peugeot 307 Hdi, Problems

Hi,
My wife put £20 of petrol in her diesel 307, We had it sorted at the weekend and filled up with diesel.
She went out on a journey, and about 25 miles later, the car went all funny, she only had side lights, she lost the power steering, the fuel gauge didn't work the fuel light was flashing and the center of the dash said stop.
What do you think? is it just a fuse thing or do we need to get an Auto Electrician.
