Was the picture not taken at Pugfest at Prescott Hillclimb? If so it's a guy from the 205 drivers forum, and mine was parked about 4 cars to the left!

that pic is def taken at prescott i live about 5mins away from it looks like it was the pug fest show looking at all the other pugs in the back ground, but sadly missed the show this year as i was on my hunnymoon.

Yes that picture was taken at Prescott , as i took it , but i didn't get a picture of it at combe , so i posted the only picture i had of it ....
