206 Gti180 Anti Pollution Fault

As Above, our 206 has come up with the above fault on the display and the management light staying on.

When a code reader is plugged in I get the code P0414.

The chap at Pug, has changed a relay, and a blown fuse, (40A) and is now telling me that there is a knackered pump. The pump is apparently to put Oxygen into the exhaust. I know that sounds ridiculous to me.... Could there be a chance he is talking about an O2 sensor????

Any help/advice much appreciated, before i give the main stealer £300.....
