Hey might finally be getting one of my dreams cars as a project! One's come up for sale pretty cheap near me... needs a lot of work, but that's the point, right?

Anyway just wondering if anyone has some general owners tips etc and things to look for, as I can't seem to find many R5 topics on these forums?

I'm already on www.renault5gtturbo.co.uk which is pretty useful, but I'm not prepared to pay £25 (:O) to even look on RTOC at this point...

I don't do 5s but the depth of knowledge on there is second to none .

Oh for real, I know they will be full of great advice, and will definitely join after I have the car. But I'm not prepared to pay £25 just in case I don't get the car!

I doubt they offer refunds
