Renault megane Fuel Pump Problem

Hi all,

I have a MKII R reg 1.4 8v Megane, on Wednesday it blew the headgasket for the secound time, long story short i rebuilt it all connected all the wires and vaccum pipes, went to start her up and the spray jet for the carb is not spraying any petrol into the carb, but when you take the earth strap off the petrol is uncontrolabley flowing through the jet and bursting through the diaphram.

All cylinders are sparking, i think all earth leads are where they should be (through past experience)

So if anyone can help im haveing a bit of a panic
