VTS Head work

Hi there, my head gasket has just gone on my saxo, anyone out there know if its worthwile doing some work to the head, fitting new cams, or simply replacing the saxo head with a c2 vts head? Also, is anyone out there able to fit a headgasket for me at a competetive price? I live in the Nottingham area. Cheers
