Just a quick post about some good customer service for once!

My Laguna key card button failed last week, so it meant I couldn't lock the car (I know its my own fault for buying a Laguna in the first place but...)

My spare failed 6 months ago and I hadn't got around to fixing it, so I was totally stuck and Renault wanted a massive load of cash for a new key (circa £150)!!!

I found these guys on the net http://www.keyrepair.co.uk and even though I was reluctant at first about sending my key and my address to a little firm I hadn't ever heard of, I decided to go for it and sent my key off for the same day service for £30.

The key arrived back two days later all fixed and in full working order, absolutely fantastic service. Gary, the guy who runs it was quick to answer any queries by email and to be honest I think it was £30 well spent!

I'll soon be sending off my spare so I'm not stuck in the same situation again!

Just to add, I have no connections at all to the business, but I just thought I'd let anyone else who is in the same predicament as I was that there is a way out of it without paying the stealer!
