engine transplant

Hello guys been looking at re-building my engine but had a thought can i put a 172/182 clio engine in
to my clio williams 3 with power to weight like that from one of those engines it should be fun
so would this be a massive problem to do any idea what i would be looking at in cost's cheers guys
