clio stereo wires, help???

just tryna install a stereo in my newly bought clio williams 2, the wires have all been chopped off and i'm tryna sus out what thy now do, there is a big red one that i'm assuming is my constant live, then ther is a black with grey on it and a black with green on it, also there is a green and yellow which i assume is the earth wire although i expected to see a black one for ground, there are many others but i think these are speaker wires, can anyone spread some light on this for me please?

I used to have a schematic for wiring looms but cat find it. What may be a good idea is to get yourself over to a scrappy and either take pics of scrapped 1.4 plugs or something or chop one off and take it home so you can just refer to it.
