Clio 182 Tyres
Discussion
I tried a search but didn't see an answer...
Can anyone suggest an alternative tyre to the standard one for a 182 (with both cup packs - if that makes a diference)?
My only gripe with the standard one is I only get about 12,000 miles out of the fronts and the performance is noticeably worse for the last 1,000 or so miles of that. Superb when new though.
Thanks,
Garry

Continental Sport Contacts - they are standard on the 172 cup and i swear by them. Last far better as well
Michelin PE2s' are better IMHO. The Contis' I had when I bought the car seemed to lose wet weather grip much quicker (in terms of depth of tread - PE2s' more grip less tread). I'm on my second set of front PE2s' now.12k out of the fronts is not that bad really on a FWD hot hatch. I probably get a bit more out of mine actually - 15k maybe.
