Clio brake discs

When i changed mine on the 1.4 16v i had to take the disc in, apparently they had no way of telling which it was. I imagine renault were just randomly pulling them out of a bin in the factory so some have one sort and others have another.

I would check if theyre both in stock and just go down when you get the first disc off. Or explain the situation to your friendly car parts shop, buy the most common ones and see if its ok to change them on the day if theyre wrong.

Although if your mate can have a look, he might see that theyre not vented in which case theres only one choice!
