As the title says I'm looking to buy a Clio 182, specifically the Cup. Not knowing too much about French cars I am unsure how to tell the standard 182 apart from the Cup, as far as I was aware the only noticeable difference was the anthracite wheels. Can anyone clear this up for me?
Cheers

[quote]In turning a regulation Clio Renaultsport 182 into a Cup model, quite a bit of standard trim has been ditched. Out go the side airbags, xenon headlamps, headlamp wash, automatic headlamps adjustment, automatic wipers and heat reflecting windscreen. The climate controlled air conditioning has been exchanged for a manual set up and the 60/40 split rear seats with head restraints have been replaced by a one piece folding bench. The stereo is a little less punchy than the standard Clio 182 fit item and the leather and alcantara trim has been replaced by a simpler cloth upholstery.

Easiest way to spot a Cup is the lack of headlight washers - shows no xenons.

Considering the weight saving is only a quoted 20kg over the 182 with Cup packs, I'd go for the latter. You get better interior, lights, climate control, speed limiter and cruise control, auto lights and wipers. It's easy to lose the extra weight for trackdays as well.

Cheers, I think I might go for one with the two cup packs rather than the cup.

Thanks chr15b and ultegra but I've see a few a little closer to me with less miles on them.
