Afternoon all,
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience of getting an out of warranty goodwill payment from Citroen.
Background is a transmission issue on a Picasso. The manufacturers warranty expired in April, however my friend is currently facing a £1000 bill for labour alone to rectify a problem with the automatic transmission. The lady in question apparently had some warranty work done on the transmission previously, exactly what I don't know, and is understandably mortified that something has gone wrong again.
I don't know all the details of the problem yet, however I suggested she may get in touch with Citroen if it's something that has happened previously in warranty.
Does anyone know if there is a particular person, or persons who'd look into this at Citroen for her?
